Magnolia Tilda Windy Weather + CLP Challenge

Hello friends,
Here is the card I want to show you today. I had some problem when I wanted to color her because I was not sure what colors should I use. Accidentally I saw this Magnolia patterned paper lying on my craft table so I decide to use red as the base. I don't have any red clothes, I don't like red colors and I wonder why I make a red card? ha ha....LOL

CLP Challenge is having the sketch challenge for October, so I used the sketch to make this card. I stamped the image on watercolor paper with Tsukineko Memento Black Tuxedo Ink and colored with distress inks.I sewn and distressed all the card edges with Ranger Walnut ink and added with Ranger Ice Stickles.

My fellow Magnolia DT member Claudia Rosa was so kind to purchase for me the very new Martha Stewart punch, which I am not sure the punch's name's so lovely...and I also used Spellbinders Nestabilities Beaded Oval for placing the sentiment.

All patterned papers I bought from Magnolia, flowers and crsytal branch from my stash, half pearls from Kaiser Crafts.
Colors I used:

Tilda dress: Worn Lipstick, Fired Brick
Skin:Antique Linen, Vintage Photo
Shoe: Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain and Black Soot
Hope that you have a nice day and thanks for your viewing !

Like or don't like a colour.... thats just so personal. And for someone who don't like red you've made a beautifull card. I really love it and it's an inspiration for me to make also a card in this colour setting.

I also want to thank you for your reaction on my blog.

Have a nice weekend!
