Merry Christmas from Tilda !!

I know I am not a good girl recently and made you all dissapointed :-(( I suffered from jet lag last week after I came back from Spain & Portugal. I love Portugal very much and would love to go somedays later if I have chance.

Well, christmas is just around the corner, oh my...I just haven't ready yet! Today I want to show you a paper bag that I decorated to have some gifts for a friend of mine. It was very easy to make. Just colored Tilda, cut a rectangle shape patterned paper from DCWV which release last year, added some lace, glitterly snowflakes stickers, some silver decoration pins that I bought in local craft store. It's simple and cute!

I wish you all Merry Christmas and happy new year, hope that we all have a bright year in 2010! Till then!!

Just Sittin'Here Thinking of You

Hello, my friends!! How are you? I have another Magnolia card that I want to show you...I combined old and new Tilda stamps, which you can find them here:

Watercan- http://www.dreamcottage.nu/english1/contents/en-us/d1097.html

Sitting Summer Tilda-http://www.dreamcottage.nu/english1/contents/en-us/d1079_03.html

Just Sttin'Here-http://www.dreamcottage.nu/english1/contents/en-us/d1097_01.html

We have tons of Magnolia rubberstamps, but we can reuse them again and again and combined the stamps as well.Someone asked me if I can sale my old Magnolia rubberstamps,I agree I have many and wish to sell to her, but after I made this card, I will say NO.I am so sorry, because the rubberstamps are so precious and as I said before, Magnolia rubberstamps's accessories are specially designed just the right size for any of their figures to sit on.

Here I also included a sketch by myself for the very first time, I hope you will like it and try it.
I colored the stamped images with Copic Ciao Markers, colored pencils blended with paper stump and sansodor.I also distressed images with distress inks. Under the watercan I used Ranger Crackle Paint to let it crackled, and I also stamped Fancy Pants clear stamp on the My Mind Eye's patterned paper.

Hope that you find some inspirations on my card and have a happy stamping day!

Magnolia Birthday Wishes

Finally.....I had a card to show you, after 3 months break from my crafting "career":-)) Yes, It's my career and I realized I can't live without it. I reorganized my stamping area and changed to a new location in my house to make it more convenince for me to make cards. I also surfed a lot of crafting blog when I was free and I noticed Magnolia had been added more DT member, congratulations to all who had been chosen. For the starting and a little warming up, I picked up last release stamp and make a card which I think it was fun and I try to think out side the box too.

The right side's patterned paper can be opened and I punched with Martha Stewart Doily Punch. The left side is vellum and I punched with the new punch that I purchased in May but no chance to use it.The "celebrate" patterned paper was handmade which I inked with various Distress inks then stamped with Stampin'Up -Celebrate on the cardstock.
I colored Tilda with Copic Ciao markers and colored pencils, blended with paper stump and sansodor.

I hope that you can find some inspiration on this card. For these hard time( I need to take care of my father and the whole family) I am unable to make many cards as I wish.I hope that you all understand and be patience with me.
