Magnoiia INK magazine & stamps ~ Winter Wonderland

How are you ? Hope that you are fine and enjoy what you are doing now. I am so sorry that I don't have any card to show you today ( recently too:-(( But I wish to let you know that the Magnolia INK magazine and rubberstamps Winter Wonderland are released so that you can buy them now :-)) What  great news:-)) 

By the way, I am making my projects for next issue of magnolia INK and making some last minute christmas cards. We are having our school holidays until 2/1/2014. Soon I will having our family trip and hopefully I can show you some cards when I come back from our vacation.

Autumn Vintage MDUC #220

 Today is my turn to choose a favourite theme at MDUC. My favourite theme is always Vintage :-))
Here I share a tiny card that I made, it's 3" x 6", a matchbox card. Inside the card you can store your favourite sentiment or write a note for a friend.

 As always, I colored Tilda with Distress Inks.  A scrap paper inked with Magnolia Old script background and distressed with Walnut Stain ink. A half of doily paper made the card more elegant.

 I embossed the green scrap paper with Frantage White embossing powder. Flower from Petaloo, rustic heart I bought from Live and Love Craft.

I Love my kids :-))

Hello my friends,
How are you today ? Yesterday I just celebrated my birthday and time flies, I am getting older but my kids are getting bigger:-))

I wish to give them a decor which I truly hope that they are walking in the Jesus's way and lead them in their daily life.

Today , the MDUC #216 challenge is Kate Chooses ~ Anything but a card.
I didn't make a card for my entry , I altered a wooden spoon and a heart bake tray , I had so much fun.

 I bought the wooden spoon and the heart bake tray in the local $5 store, so it's very budget craft.

I used Magnolia patterned paper and Magnolia doohickey~ dragonflies to decorate the card.

 The bible verses stamp from Our Daily Bread stamp and the verses from 2 Thes 3:5. I love this scripture very much and do hope my children love it as well.

Lace, pearl string from Live and Love Craft. Paper flowers from Kodt and Godt & Prima Marketing.

MDUC #212 Sara's Chooses

 Hello my friends

Here I share my very simple card for MDUC challlenge #214, Sara's Chooses, Lovely Lace.

I use lace on my project and they are so lovely and add a touch of elegant for our project.

 A birthday card for a friend who celebrate her birthday in our National Day, 31th August. I hope she like my card:-))

Patterned papers from Magnolia new release two sided papers, really gorgeous !!

Martha Steward heart clay and painted with Ranger Distress Ink-Walnut Stain.

 All stamps from Magnolia rubberstamps,paper flowers from Prima and I am Roses. Beautiful pearl string from Live and Love Crafts.

MDUC #210 Kylie's Choice~ Photo Inspirational

 This is a very simple card. I made the card based on the photo that Kylie picked for us.

The main focal point is Tilda and Maja design beautiful patterned papers.~Sofiero.

  I was very lazy and used an very simple layout to make this card. Cardbase from Go Kreate dies-frame 1. If you are out of idea, try this method, 1 rectangle, 1 square. Make the square in star-shape, then place your colored image top of them. Very easy and simple.

I colored Tilda wih Ranger Distress inks and decorated with some paper flowers from Prima and I am roses.com

Stamped here and there Magnolia "New York" stamp. Distressed the paper edges with Ranger Distress ink Walnut Stain.

Magnolia Butterfly Card CHA Las Vegas July 2013

 Last June, Magnolia Sweden requested  DTs to make some cards for showcasing at CHA Las Vegas. I love the new release Magnolia Doohickey cutting dies-Butterfly. I wanted to make a card just specially focus on it, so I made this card for them.

 This paper butterfly was actually made from two different Magnolia patterned papers. Below I show some pictures for you to see how I did the paper butterfly.

 Pasted two different Magnolia patterned papers together with glue.

 Put the glued papers on the cutting machine platform and the cutting dies on top of them. Run it through the machine.

 Here you are ! A big and beautiful butterfly.

 I layered with different source like Magnolia patterned papers, lace, chesscloth, stamped white cardstock and embossed with frantage. It was fun to play with different beautiful papers and medium.

 A greeting of Love stamped on white cardstock and distressed with Walnut Stain.

I used Magnolia Doohickey cutting dies-lace to make the beautiful border too.

 Some final touch at the bottom of the card. Paper flowers, Magnolia Doohickey cutting dies- fence, lace. They are materials that I can't live without them :-))

Sometimes it's fun to make non coloring card, just use some imagination and creativity, sure we have something special and beautiful !
